Our "Visual Ahu” software is designed for the selection of Air handling units, Fresh Air handling units and kitchen ventilation units (Ecology units). The Visual AHU software, originating from Europe, is widely adopted by leading AHU manufacturers, attesting to its prominence in the industry. Its utilization by top manufacturers reflects its reliability and effectiveness in enhancing the performance of Air Handling Units (AHUs). With the capability to generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and precise selections, the software boasts a straightforward user interface presented in linear windows. Notably, all components within the software are certified.
The selection program output provides furnishes comprehensive performance details tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

CASING CONSTRUCTION
Our casing construction products are designed to meet your technical needs with a focus on durability, strength, and safety. Here are the key features of our offerings:
Materials
Aluminium profiles: Our casing construction utilizes high-quality aluminium profiles for enhanced structural integrity and longevity.
Galvanised steel sheet panels: These panels provide additional strength and stability to the casing construction.
Profile Assembly
Three-way corner joints: Our casing construction incorporates three-way corner joints to ensure a secure and seamless connection between the profile components.
Omega joints: Omega joints are used for the profile assembly, further enhancing the stability and structural integrity of the casing.
Highly Corrosive Areas:
Anodised Aluminium profiles: In areas prone to high corrosion, we recommend using our anodised aluminium profiles. These profiles are specially treated with a protective coating, making them resistant to corrosion and ideal for challenging environments.
Safety Design: - Rounded external corner profiles: We prioritize safety in our casing construction design. Our corner profiles feature rounded external parts to prevent accidents and minimize the risk of injury from sharp edges.
Moreover, their design ensures easy assembly and dismantling.
Panel
The panels consist of a sandwich-type double skin construction, with the outer skin composed of pre-painted galvanised steel (RAL 7047) and the inner skin made of plain galvanised steel. Stainless steel and aluminium sheets can be used as an alternative if requested. The skin thickness options are 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 1.0, and 1.2mm. We have an in-house facility for panel insulation using polyurethane foam (PUF) or rockwool insulation

BASE FRAME
The base frame is made of Sendzimir Galvanised steel that is 3mm thick and includes lifting holes. For floor mounted units, a base frame with a height of 100mm is used, but there is also an option for 80mm. Upon request, any type of coating can be applied to the base frame
CANOPY
A weather-resistant canopy is constructed using painted Galvanised steel, featuring curved shapes that effectively channel rainwater and prevent any leakage at the junctions of its sections.
Gasket
EPDM, an acronym for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, represents an elastomer characterized as a synthetic rubber of the "M" class. Gaskets made of EPDM possess commendable electrical insulating properties and exhibit exceptional resistance against wear, ultraviolet radiation, aging, wind, adverse weather conditions, and ozone depletion. These gaskets also maintain color stability, consequently preventing any possibility of staining the surfaces they come into contact with .
